What this site collects

Sarasudha (sarasudha.in) is, in its current phase, a static website. No analytics or tracking scripts run by default, and no cookies are set for tracking purposes. If analytics are enabled in the future, this policy will be updated first, and the integration is documented in the project README so the change is never silent.

Contact form

If you use the contact form and it is connected to a live submission service, the information you provide (name, email, phone if given, reason, message) is sent to that service in order to respond to your enquiry. If no submission service is configured, the form instead opens your own email app with your message pre-filled, addressed to Sarasudha's contact email — nothing is sent unless you complete and send that email yourself. Either way, this information is not sold or used for advertising. The page itself states which of these applies before you submit.

Archive contributions

If you contact Sarasudha to contribute photographs, recordings or documents, any personal information you share (such as your name or contact details) is used only to coordinate that contribution.

Third-party embeds

Performance videos, where available, are embedded from YouTube using its privacy-enhanced mode and only load after you choose to play them — not automatically when the page loads. Playing a video is subject to YouTube's own privacy policy.

Compliance status

This policy describes current practice. It does not represent a formal assessment of compliance with any specific data protection law, and no such claim is made here or elsewhere on this site.
